Fair Use Policy

Creavies is a subscription-based service designed to provide subscribers with access to a wide range of digital assets for use in their creative projects, in accordance with our License Agreement. This Fair Use Policy sets out the rules for how you may use our service to ensure it is used fairly and appropriately by all subscribers, and to protect the interests of our content creators.

What is Fair Use?

Creavies is intended for active creative use, where subscribers download and register items for specific creative projects. It is not designed for users to build large digital libraries or to download items in bulk without a specific purpose. Our Fair Use Policy is in place to ensure that all subscribers can enjoy the service without negatively impacting its quality, performance, or the rights of our content creators.

The principle of fair use means using Creavies in a way that aligns with the spirit of our service: accessing and using items for genuine creative projects, not for speculative or excessive downloading. Each item you download must be registered to a specific project, as outlined in our License Agreement. This ensures that content creators are fairly compensated and that the service remains sustainable for all users.

Rules for Using Items

To maintain fair use, you must follow these rules when using Creavies:

• Each item you download must be used for a specific creative project and registered to that project as per our License Agreement. If you want to use the same item for a new project, you must re-register it.
• Do not download items in bulk or use automated tools (e.g., scripts or bots) to download items.
• Do not download items just to "stockpile" them for potential future use without a specific project in mind.
• Do not repeatedly download the same items unnecessarily; download only what you need for your active projects.
• Use items in accordance with the License Agreement, which permits use in creative projects where the item is not the primary value of the end product (e.g., using a font in a design, a template for a website, or music in a video).
• Do not use items in ways that violate the License Agreement, such as:
• Using items in on-demand or made-to-order services (e.g., print-on-demand products).
• Redistributing items as stock, templates, or source files.
• Using items in ways that infringe on intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Downloading items to build a competing library or service.

What Happens If You Don’t Follow These Rules?

If you do not comply with this Fair Use Policy, Creavies may take one or more of the following actions:

• Limit your access to certain features or content on the Creavies platform.
• Suspend your subscription temporarily until the issue is resolved.
• Cancel any licenses associated with items used in violation of this policy.
• Terminate your account in cases of serious or repeated violations.

We reserve the right to investigate and address any suspected misuse of our service. Our goal is to maintain a fair and sustainable platform for all users and content creators.
