License Terms

Introduction

These License Terms apply to subscribers of Creavies. The license is designed to be simple and flexible, allowing commercial and personal use of our digital assets (e.g., fonts, templates, graphics, music) with specific restrictions.

• Single License Type: All items have the same terms, usable for commercial or personal projects.
• Registration Required: Each download requires registration for one specific use.
• Prohibited Actions: No reselling, sharing, use in on-demand services, or direct merchandising without significant modification.
• Perpetual License: Registered uses remain valid forever, even after subscription ends, but new uses require an active subscription.

1. License Grant

Creavies grants you a non-exclusive, commercial, worldwide, revocable license for one use per registration, provided your subscription is active at the time of use.

1.1 Ownership

Items remain the property of their creators. You cannot claim ownership, even if modified.

1.2 Single Use

Excluding fonts/add-ons, each item can be used in one end product requiring skill and effort (e.g., customized template, synchronized audio).

1.3 Fonts & Add-ons

Fonts and add-ons can be installed and used in unlimited projects while subscribed.

1.4 Distribution

You may distribute end products containing items, but only as part of the final product.

2. Permitted Uses

• Create end products for yourself or clients (clients receive a limited sublicense for end product use only).
• Make unlimited copies of end products.
• Distribute via any medium.
• Modify or combine items for end products.
• Use multiple assets in one end product, with separate registrations for different products.

3. Prohibited Uses

• No end product creation after subscription ends; uninstall items.
• No redistribution of items as stock, templates, or source files.
• No use in on-demand or made-to-order services.
• No merchandising where the item is the primary value (e.g., direct prints on apparel).
• End users cannot extract items.
• No trademarking of items (though text/designs created with items can be trademarked).

4. Fonts & Add-ons Specifics

Fonts and add-ons ("Tools") are subscriber-only, non-transferable, and limited to 2 devices per subscription seat. Web fonts must prevent extraction.

5. Music Specifics

• No broadcasting (TV, radio, streaming). Contact Creavies for broadcast licenses.
• Film use limited to independent projects (no theatrical releases).
• Non-P.R.O music: No additional fees, but local performance fees may apply.
• P.R.O music: Additional performance fees required for public use.

6. Third-Party Licenses

Some items may have additional licenses (e.g., Creative Commons, GPL). Verify terms in item descriptions.

7. Creavies Responsibility

We don’t guarantee item accuracy or third-party components. Verify files via trial use.

8. Acceptable Use

Use must be legal and non-offensive. Items featuring people cannot imply false identities or endorsements.

9. Termination & Changes

Creavies may terminate licenses for violations. Terms may be updated, and continued use implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York law.

• End Product: A final product requiring skill and effort, where the item is a minor component.
• Item: Any downloaded digital asset.
