Subscription Terms

1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms govern your subscription to Creavies’ services, including access to digital assets such as fonts, templates, graphics, music, and photos (collectively, “Items”). By subscribing to Creavies, you agree to these terms, which outline how you can manage, cancel, and request refunds for your subscription. For additional terms related to the use of our services, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Managing Your Subscription
Creavies offers subscription plans (monthly or annual) that provide access to download and use Items. To manage your subscription, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as outlined on our Plans & Pricing page.
- Provide and maintain a valid payment method to ensure uninterrupted access to your subscription.
- Authorize recurring payments, which will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
- Update your payment details promptly in the Account section to avoid service interruptions.
You can view and manage your subscription details, including plan type and billing information, in your Account settings. For billing issues or support, contact us via the Help Center or at support@creavies.com.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. To cancel:
- Log in to your Creavies account.
- Navigate to the subscription or billing section.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
What will happen after I cancel?
Between now and the date your subscription would have renewed:
- Your current subscription will still be valid.
- You can continue downloading and creating new licenses.
- There will not be any pro-rata refunds.
After the date your subscription would have renewed:
- Your payment method will no longer be charged unless you choose to resubscribe.
- You will be able to see a list of items you have previously licensed and continue using them for the projects they are licensed for.
- You will not be able to download any new items, including previously licensed items.
- You can’t use an Item to create an End Product after your subscription ends, even if you have downloaded the item prior to the cancellation.
- You will not be able to create new licenses for any item, including previously licensed items.
- You may still use the End product for its project use. The only condition is that the End Product was completed while the subscription was still active. Check our Correct Usage of Items and Prohibited Usage of Items for more details.
- If you resubscribe, you will be charged a new subscription price (whatever the latest is at the time).
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will retain access to all subscription benefits, including the ability to download and use Items, until the billing cycle ends. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations mid-cycle, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. For assistance with cancellation, contact us via the Help Center.
4. Refund Policy
Given the non-refundable nature of digital content and subscriptions, Creavies typically does not provide refunds for downloaded items or subscription charges. Exceptions may apply as required by law or as outlined in our Creavies User Terms.
There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
- You have changed your mind about your subscription.
- You subscribed by mistake.
- You are not satisfied with the current offering (could not find desired content).
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the Items made available.
- You ask for goodwill.
- You can no longer access any of your desired items because they have been removed from Creavies (we advise you to download items as soon as you license them to avoid this situation).
If I’m eligible for a refund, how will I receive it?
- If we decide to issue a refund, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. Any payment made to you will be in the currency Creavies offered to you when you purchased your subscription (either Euros, US Dollars or Great British Pounds), under the rules of the payment method.
Can I receive a partial refund for the annual plan?
- We are unable to offer a refund (partial or otherwise) if you have already used your subscription and downloaded items. Your plan will remain valid until the end of your annual plan and will renew unless you cancel it.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (for Visa/MasterCard/Apple Pay it may take 5-10 business days before it is processed, and for PayPal 24-48 hours).
Will lodging a dispute with my payment provider speed up my refund request?
- As a security measure, if you lodge a dispute with your payment provider, your Creavies account will be automatically disabled, and you will not have access to any item downloads until it's resolved. We’d like the opportunity to look into your request to avoid this scenario, so please get in touch with us first.
I’m an existing customer, am I eligible for a sale price?
- No, unfortunately, sale prices are for new customers only.
To request a refund, submit a request within 30 days of purchase via the Help Center, including your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond promptly. For further assistance, contact us at support@creavies.com.
